Returns

Luxe Little Things accepts returns on new, unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

To start a return, contact us at info@luxelittlethings.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Other 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@luxelittlethings.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


Exchanges
Luxe Little Things recommends to place a new order at your earliest convenience for the item(s) you desire. Return your original order as soon as you receive your return shipping label to ensure your items are received for processing in timely matter.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. A return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow at several business days for it to appear on your account. The exact processing time depends on your financial institution; please contact your bank for more information.
